Requisition Management
SherpaZ Requisition Management application enables quick creation of a requisition, fine tune it, get approvals and delegate it to the fulfillment organization.

Create Project and Resource Requisition
Raise a requisition for a project or for a resource. Resource requisitions can be raised for a fixed price project or a T&M based project. Requisitions can be imported from CRM or other systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to embellish the requisition
Project stakeholders, and not just the requisition creator, can embellish the requisition with key inputs that makes it easy for resource fulfillment teams to find an accurate match from within or outside the company. SherpaZ unique methodology helps collect this useful collaboration history to enrich the job deck.
Approval Lifecycle
Hiring is a financially material step. At many places once the requirements are solidified, hiring managers may want to use this functionality to secure budgetary approval or to inform/forecast on expenditure. Using an optional workflow, hiring managers can get their respective financial control point to gain approval.
Each requisition can be assigned a unique multi-level approval cycle. SherpaZ application can factor in pre-approval parameters to help navigate the requisition to appropriate approvers. Approvers can get instant access to budgets and spend analysis before giving their seal of approval.
Delegate Requisition
An approved requisition can be delegated to the internal resource management teams, PMO or others to source talent.
Publish Requisition
A project, sub-project or resource request can be further handed over to the vendors/partners downstream for fulfilling the requirement.
